We look for cracked, curled, buckled, or missing shingles, and probe the underlayment beneath for hidden water damage.

With the deck exposed, we inspect every inch for soft spots, water damage, and structural issues in the trusses, rafters, and joists. We replace compromised sheathing and fasten new decking with ring-shank nails. Next, we roll ice-and-water shield along the eaves, valleys, and around penetrations, followed by synthetic underlayment across the full roof deck.
